  • Add the selected merchandise to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  • Call us on our toll free number 1800 121 1326 for further assistance.
  • You can also mail us at sales@wishaflower.com and we will place an order on your behalf.
Can I send a message along with flowers?

Yes, you can add a message whenever you place an order for flowers. Follow the procedure below:

 

  • You will see a column called “Order Notes” on your checkout screen.
  • Add your message and place an order.
  • If you have forgotten to add your message along with the order, mail us at sales@wishaflower.com and your message will be added.
What locations do you deliver to?

How do I know if Wish A Flower has received my order?

You will receive a confirmation email and order number from us as soon as you place an order.

Do you do midnight deliveries?

We allow our customers to opt for Midnight Delivery with an additional delivery charges. Your order can be delivered between 23:30 to 00:30 hours as per the date requested.

Are delivery dates guaranteed?

In most cases, we are able to deliver on the desired dates. However, due to operational issues, our customers care executives will give you a call to reschedule the delivery date/time. You will receive a prior notice for the same.

What do I do if I forgot my account password?

Follow the steps below to reset your password:

 

  • Click on the Lost your password link on the Login page.
  • Enter your email ID and your new password will be sent to you on your email.
What if my order is not delivered on the scheduled day?

If your order has not been delivered on the scheduled date, then we try to refund the amount that you have paid for the order. However, if the order has not been delivered because the recipient was not available to receive it, then neither do we refund or reschedule the order.
